So now that you got your sliders...when we going wheeling?
What rotors & 100 brake pads do you go with?
Your build is looking mighty set up now.
Almost exactly a year later...question is still valid![]()
lmfao! I know man. I am getting married in September so we've been laying pretty low trying to plan and save for the wedding. we are going to gold lake though.
@jcardona1
Thanks man!!
yes this year I am.
I'm scared of heights and that trail gives me hella bad anxiety just thinking about rolling off that bitch!
Haha oh come on it's not that bad! First few times I ran the trail counterclockwise which is going down the big Snake Lake Hill. This last time the guys went clockwise, going up the hill. I much prefer to go up that steep ass hill vs down. Lots of butt pucker going down.
Finished the install today. I planned to use a repurposed Toyota switch but I like the way this one fit in the factory hole. I have it powered only when the ignition is on. Seems to suck a good amount of air! I might move it a little closer to increase the airflow through the core.
Did you use a relay? I'm not sure the power that fan draws but in my last rig I did the same thing and the switch would get super hot and I'd go through 2 switches a summer before I finally added a cheap universal relay.
Oh cool. I was stubborn or lazy can't decide which one and bought a 30 amp switch that lasted but still got hot. Adding a relay was a great fix, guess you like doing things right the first time aroundI did use a relay. I used a basic one from the auto parts store. It's good insurance and will prevent the switch from burning up and causing any other catastrophic issues.
