I personally like the 80s tech EFI. pre OBD, but very functional. I'd think a TBI would be a better choice for a truck tho. that TPI is for higher powerband than these tractors will use. I know it's short 2 holes for most guys, but I am having a love affair with my 88 3FE. man, what a timex. tick tick tick...and it just keeps going...you should nab that Iroc and restore it:hillbilly:

What is it ,that you like about non obd2 over obd2, because my thinking is I could get Drivetrain for a 1000 dollars, and resale the roller for a 1000
So free Drivetrain, plus I have a line on a 700r4 to toyota transfer case for a really good deal. I was hoping I would get a little better mileage with the LS set-up, but if not then I will definatly gof this route

Yep, so far the 3FE has been good!

The engine that's in it runs extremely well, I'm thinking that it's been rebuilt by the multi colored engine,. But I have family that lives about 5hrs away and I Wana be able to drive down to them with no issues like doing 50mph. All the way screaming the engine.I've had multiple series land rovers with the overdrive, still not fun. Plus it kinda makes sense to go with the z28 not iroc sorry, due to the output of cash towards it. As in 0 dollars or close to that
