You are most welcome to tag along. Don't worry about experience, or anything for that matter. We take care of our own. Just ask Rory and Amanda, uh, or maybe I should say Danny. Anyway, come on down. Yes, by all means bring the kids and any snow toys you might have. We do spend a bit of down time so everybody can play.
I would plan on a long day. Bring plenty of cold weather gear, then add to that. I will pack a sleeping bag just in case. Also bring plenty of food and water. Just come prepared for the worst, even though we have only twice in 9 years come close to needing anything. Also, if you have a CB make sure it's along and working. Several of us are HAMs which gives us longer distance communication. Communication is critical on this type of run. If you don't have a CB let us know and one of us will bring an extra.
