Thank you all for making this year's annual Ouray trip a great one. We had lots of rain but that didn't dampen our spirits a whole bunch. We ran Black Bear pass until the "commitment point - one way traffic" but it was simply too wet and the rain was getting heavy. Really, you can probably run any of the trails in the rain and be ok. The surface is rocky so the rain doesn't make anything difficult from what I can tell.
This year we had a JK, CJ5 and an Excursion joining us for the first time. As usual, the campfire was roaring each night and many lies were swapped . It's great watching each others' kids get a little taller and a little older.
