Thanks SO much for taking the time and care to help me out with this. You are truly one on the good ones.

I do wish I had the ways & means to get the seller to do the right thing and take this back but now with your input and reweaving I at least don't feel like I have to keep this rope on the shelf, afraid to use it.

By the way: When I spoke with Shane (the seller) on the phone the last thing he said was: "I'm not Walmart, I don't take returns." Then he hung up on me.
