Alaska and Vancouver Tips

Don't have anything to add, but my parents have taken the Alaskan cruise and they said it was amazing. Ranked right up there with the Panama Canal cruise.

Yeah, I don't think I am going to be a big Cruise Ship guy so if I am going to take a Cruise it's going to be to Alaska. And I just am TOTALLY against the typical Hawaii Honeymoon. I don't even go to the beach that's 15 min away why would I fly to another one?

We did the Alaska cruise for our honeymoon and had an AMAZING trip!!!!! My suggestion is to enjoy as many excursions as possible. PM me for details if needed.

How cool! I envy your travel plans. Whenever I travel I imagine I am Tony Bourdain and seek out the local quality food experiences.

Yeah, we really enjoy traveling and haven't been able to do a good one since our 2006 Peru trip due to my work situations. But I am finally grounded in a good job with good pay and some bennefits now so it's time to get the travel thing back on track and make the happy.

If you surfed I would tell you to go up to Tofino just to say you had surfed in Canadian waters. I haven't been up there since I was a little kid but from what I remember it is stunnigly beautiful.

Can't wait for my Costa Rica trip later this summer.

Awesome Mark. Glad you're in a great financial position to be able to do it. I know how it goes... We're still trying to figure out where to get married. I really want to fly over the grand canyon in a helo ....but being able to afford the price tag is a tuffy. We are postponed for right now and in no hurry... we'll have our whole life to figure it out.
