Looks good Kelly! I am updating the downloadable PDF instructions where needed to answer some of your questions. Please see my comments below, call me with any additional questions.

The picture above is the offset license plate bracket, use it, and the OEM hardware, and provided 1- 10mm panhead bolt/nylon lock nut to install it and license plate. The 2 smaller delrin shims require 4- M6 stainless steel panhead bolts and are installed to the lower support arm behind the da-sta-co latch mount in the M6 tapped hole locations. These take up the space gaps behind the de-sta-co latch and allow for a positive lock. Note you will need to adjust latch to firmly close by adjusting the jam nut and lock nut accordingly. The carrier is shipped assembled, however you will need to disassemble to install lower seal, grease and reassemble with castle nut securely tightened allowing access to cotter pin safety to be installed. The larger heavier 3/16" shim spacer is provided, and only used, if the spindle housing is too close to the plastic bumperette corner upon finally assembly- i.e final torque settings on all lower arm bolt locations. The large ball knob replaces the nut on the spindle lock, remove packaging nut and install knob.

Install complete! Everything went smoothly. Very nice product!

I even got my hitch mounted bike rack to still work!
 
I also have a Slee hitch receiver, which now shares the four bolts with the carrier no problem.

Sean- just replied to your PM. Also, if installing accessory receiver you will need to source longer M12x 1.75 Grade 8 hardware. Possibly 55-65mm?

note on the door says any problems call......looked inside the big tear and its packed well so it seems to be alright, been too busy to unpack it last night but should be doing it later tonight...depends as the water company has made a mess on the end of my driveway and im waiting on a call from a supervisor to inspect and correct the crap they have done to it...........

My tire carrier arrived today. Won't be home for a few weeks to see and install it though. Looking forward to it!

ps. As far as shipping goes, my experience has been that UPS is far superior to fedex.

My shipment arrived in similar condition. Contents were just fine, though.
 
Mine too. Contents were just fine! I did have to use two 12x1.25 mm bolts for the two threaded upper pintle hook holes. The supplied bolts didnt fit, no biggie since I had some lying around.
