Hey Van! Any updates? I know it's only been two weeks, and you said it would take a lot longer than that. But I'm excited... ;)
Thanks Kelly! Yes sir we are moving steadily forward in faberication, ordering hardware, etc. Here are a couple pics of the carriers in manufacturing. Also, we are building shipping crates and recycling bicycle boxes (pun intended) to ship the carriers once completed. Consider it our small business "green" initiative

Just put the LC aluminum step plate on the LX in preparation for my carrier!

Carriers are ready for powder coating. I am inspecting before they go to this step and just discovered this clearance issue. They will need to be adjusted before shipping- sorry guys I can not let them leave in this condition. Unfortunately, our fabericator just left today to go on a week vacation. We had great steam up to this point as I planned to final bill this weekend and ship starting Monday.

Thank you for your patience. The lower hatch when opened will hit the hi-lift. We are working to correct the issue, however it is bumping our delivery date out.

thanks Josh, I can see it now.....

We are using a HAAS VF3 CNC vertical mill, JDM tube bender and a Hypertherm PowerMax plasma cutting table to achieve a better finished end result for your carriers. See collage picture for some of those details highlighted. Thanks again for your patience on this oversight, looking forward to getting these carriers to you guys to use!

Any progress, Josh?
Yes sir. Got home late last night after working with fabricator to determine where the clearance issue occurred and move forward with correcting it. They contacted me earlier this afternoon to let me know they have several units corrected and headed to powdercoating.

I would like to thank you guys for sticking with us on this group buy. I'll have an update on how the shipping and final billing will be handle for you all later tomorrow.
