I signed up for Calstar when we ran the Rubicon in 2016. While we did not need the service, there were 2 helicopter flights from the TLCA Rubithon. Cost is around $32K.
Calstar is merging with Reach Air Medical Services.
All are now part of AirMedCare Network.
They have limited coverage in the metro NY area.
As there seems to be a possibility of a Rubicon run in 2018, I thought the info might be helpful.
