You can try this ... have the truck in L. With the rig running, crack open tube accumulator bleed valve and use a stick to press switch to raise to N (remember door needs to remain shut). If no fluid exits the tube accumulator but the truck tries to raise (ie globes are receiving fluid) then you should suspect either blockage from pump to tube accumulator or a bad valve directing fluid to tube accumulator.

We CAN and WILL narrow down to a single fault source.
Maybe I'm doing something wrong but in the active test section of techstream I can't keep any of those switches on. They can be triggered on but only for a second.
No thats normal but the fact that you heard some and not the Accumulator solenoid led me to reading abt. it more and learning it's only gonna open with an up button command. I think start the truck have someone inside with door closed in N height ,press the up button you listen. Do not put the truck in low height no matter what. I would suggest if you hear the any fluid moving the end of the height accumulator opposite of the plug we continuity tested the next step would be a flush starting at the accumulator from N height. Then one front one back, fill the reservoir and see where she stands/

I think the truck reporting the N state is "fake". I suspect the rig gets stuck somewhere between L and N, and the software/firmware logic chooses which state to report.

Sounds reasonable, looks like I'm going to be deciding between sleep and succeeding

Probably, but the height measures close to stock N by tape measure 19.25 front 20.25 rear center cap to fender...

Once he gets techstream up we should have some numbers. I'm thinking it will be something like what he had last time he got to neutral. Pretty decent front rear but in the 7 ish for the accumulator. I like your idea to force fluid through the accumulator with open bleeder and pump jumped but only after an attempted bleed from N height.

I'm going to call it, and no one here will like what I am going to say next. Take it in. Have Mr. T diagnosis it, and report back. The parts are the parts, but all I see here are tires spinning. We are on page 7, and not any closer. Pay the fee, and fix it.

When you say pump jumped you are talking about forcing the pump to run with the jumper wire and sequence recently mentioned right?

Success is the prize

Yea go read those 20 pages from @IndroCruise that will help understand this scheisse much better it did for me.

I don't
Time is the prize.
I'd sooner throw in a used pump or just ditch the ahc than bring in Mr T

Mr. T techs will follow the same FSM procedures that we all follow. Then they will start replacing parts, and in the meantime break more parts due to the posted rust issues ... all the while racking up parts and labor charges to not necessarily fix the issue.

I would not let a Mr. T tech touch my AHC system either, and mine is in much, much better (read: rust) shape.
