I have an 09 LX570 that has the Mark Levinson audio and has a factory DVD Player. It does not have a screen for the rear, so what are my options to adding one that displays the video from the factory DVD and uses the stock speakers for audio?

Get the kids iPads (if they don't already have them). The screens are junk even in the 16+ models.

But how do you get content on the iPad? Seems like a lot of work to load content on them or do you use Cell Network and pay the monthly fees?

Just get an iPad with larger storage...then download media while on WiFi. I have 29 full, hi-def movies on my iPhone, hald dozenn of which are 3 - 4+ hours long each...plus several full seasons of shows.

If you have Netflix, just download locally while on Wi-Fi, load it up. Watch, then delete, repeat as necessary.

If you have an Android tablet, you could swap out microSD cards that have movies stored.

Good mount, next issue is what is a good mount for the rear that mounts to ceiling or middle of car that everyone could see. I don't like the idea of multiple iPads going with different movies on them, so I would like to just do one in the middle or roof.

It’s really not a problem to get content on an iPad now. It only takes a few minutes to find and download lots of content before a trip. When I did the screen delete thing on my ‘17 LC with the covers from @TrekboxX I bought iPads and the Toyota headrest tablet holders for when my son borrows the LC for vacations. The kids love it and it’s really versatile for entertainment.
