accelerator cover/pad

The rubber cover on my gas pedal keeps slipping off, broken on one end. Has anyone found an aftermarket replacement pad for this before? My searching is not yielding much info and I can't seem to find something that is supposed to fit. Not looking for a metal replacement racing pedal, just the rubber that slips over on the bare metal. Not sure that it differs, but this is for a '96.

It looks like the pedal is sold as one unit:

Use some automotive goop and glue back on.
Or create a new one from diamond plate aluminum. Do the brake pedal too.

Has anyone been able to find a part number for the replacement pedal pads? I'm almost positive I replaced these on my 91.

Ok, that's the only one I could find and it's usually listed for a 60 series. I assume they're the same?

From an online Toyota dealer for a 96 FZJ80:
brake pedal pad number is 47121-AC010
the accelerator pedal pad is integrated into the pedal and can not be gotten separately. That number is 78120-60080

I ordered 78111-95110-80 for a whole $10 and we'll see if it fits.
