any plans for rear quarter or front fender protection??

Brain this looks great. You guys over at ACC just keep finding ways for all of us to spend money. Your wife and kids will be safe inside your rig now.
Could you also give us some info on your OBA system in the rear?
Thanks.

It kinda makes you want to lay it over just to see what happens......

Very nicely done, I had been thinking of doing the rain gutter and a pillar bars the exact same way, glad to see they look even better than I had hoped. I cannot stand exo's, but these trucks need some protection.

Is there any plans for bar padding on the inside? Someones melon knocking into an internal cage is no fun. I've done it in race car when just loading on a trailer.

Awsome looking cage, I've been thinking about gettin it done on mine for a very long time now. It's nice to see that it could be done and looks good too.

OBA
I used a old aluminum tool box and sunk it into the floor, this works well not only to hold the compressor, but also as storage for small stuff.

The rear quarters are braced from the inside so that they wont cave in any more, the front fenders are going to be cut to accommodate larger tires and will be tubed from the A pillar down tube, to the front bumper. This mod will have to wait until after GSMTR I have customers trucks to get ready for the event.

I can't help but think that welding a cage (that is hard mounted to the frame) to the body (which is mounted through rubber) will eventually flex and crack... I love this design and I'm planning on copying a lot of it but I just can't shake this feeling! Anything you can do to help that?

The mounts are no longer needed anywhere except for the front clip. When I finish the front fender/bumper tie-in those will no longer be necessary.

OK.. so I needed to replace my original 189000 mile radiator. I figured if Im gona be in there anyway I would go ahead and do the fan mod. This consists of a new Toyota fan and clutch (not from a cruiser), a spacer, and 4 longer water pump pulley studs. It moves more air at lower RPMS than the stock setup. We will be stocking this "kit" soon. I also took some pics. of my O2 relocation.

You mean the body mounts won't be necessary? Thanks for taking the time to explain this to me, I am venturing into new territory!

Hijack/ I'm very curious about your O2 relocation. Are you throwing any codes? Do you find it running leaner or richer?

My emissions numbers actually improved after the mod (this was not planned), other than that it runs the same as it did in the stock location. The reason for moving them was the factory placement is in direct line of fire from anything you drive through i.e. mud, water, snow etc. this shortens the life of the O2. and although I did no high math or heavy figuring it seemed to me that having the O2s the same distance from the source would be more efficient .

Is that a ringed TRD fan for a super charger?
