I haven't been able to read this entire thread, but I can tell you this. Both you and I have had a c problems their trucks for a while now. I went through multiple rounds of the same stuff you're doing right now leak testing, refilling under filling overfilling etc etc. At the end of the day, the issue came down to the front condenser. I had to do some additional work on the truck in the front end the only thing left to replace in that area that I hadn't already done with the AC work I done over the last year was the condenser. On the surface everything looked fine no Dino leaks but when I removed the condenser I noticed that the fins we're so brittle near the edge are the condenser that it literally fell into dust in my hand further around that same area was very diffuse green splash in areas that were not visible without taking off the fan shroud and multiple components. So I got a Denso condenser from an online retailer and replaced it. Had it professionally recharge and lo and behold I've had consistent cold air now for over 6 months. I know that sounds counterintuitive after the multiple leak in pressure test I had done, but it must have been a combination of the old condenser working very inefficiently and literally micro- leaking refrigerant. All that to say that at the end of the day my issue came down to probably just replacing the front evap coil and the condenser. Sorry for the long run on sentences, I'm attempting to use voice to text
