AC idler bearing proper re install?

Hi
I’m having issues when I put the idler bearing back on the vehicle. I think I did everything in the correct order. The only thing I can think of is the second to left part is backwards. If I put any torque on the nut, it seems to keep everything from spinning unfortunately. Trying to figure out what’s going on and if I have the order backwards, or if I should not go anymore than finger tight for this part

Probably something backward you can tighten that nut pretty tight.
