My cruiser threw the AC accessory belt on my way to work and when I went to replace it, it looks like the pulley on the crankshaft is either missing or ground down. Photos attached. I'm wondering if I need to replace the pulley or just put a new one on?

Damn. That is destroyed.

I’d recommend replacing both pulleys.
There should be a pulley there, right? How could it have come off? The bolts are still in there, or is that the pulley and it's ground flat? Thanks for the response.

The pulley can separate. I caught mine before it came apart while I was in there doing some maintenance.

As @OGBeno said, good idea to replace that and the harmonic balancer/crankshaft pulley while you're in there.
Thank you for the response and suggestions! I plan to replace both.
