While I'm all in favor of electronically controlled ABS bleeding, putting the truck up on 4 jackstands, running up to speed and applying the brakes will activate the 3 various channels of ABS and cycle the fluid through the system.
I do this every time I swap out calipers.

Really? Interesting solution.

Forgot to update y'all. I confirmed functionality of the antique tester and harness on my 95. The procedure works exactly as described in the repair manual, and made exactly zero difference in my s***ty feeling brake pedal. It did help me confirm that as far as I can tell, the ABS actuator is working properly and "seals" when it supposed to. I'm going to swap the LSPV out next and see what that does.

Thanks for the report. Yes prop valve will make a noticeable difference.

It's so cool you have this tool. You're running 37s, and I doubt you'll ever be able to activate the ABS unless you're on snow/ice. Ditching the ABS+LSPV made a huge difference in the braking for my 7500# pig. I have managed to almost lock up the rear on one occasion when the hwy traffic came to a sudden stop due to an accident. I'm not using a Wilwood prop valve nor do I see a need given how sweetly she stops now.
