A442F from a 100 Series having trouble upshifting from 1st to 2nd gear.
Will not shift into 2nd gear unless "2ND" button on pattern select switch is pressed but then will not shift into 3rd gear.
Will shift into the next gear if revved out to 3,000 RPM and allow RPMs drop to idle. Doing this will sometimes let the transmission up and downshift a few times on its own.
No flashing O/D light
Once in 2nd gear, 3rd, O/D, and lockup work fine
Work already done:
1) Fluid replaced - good condition and filter is clean
2) Throttle cable adjusted loose and tight
3) All 4 shift solenoids replaced - Old ones tested ok via ohm check
4) Tested in manual mode as per FSM and shifts through 1st, 3rd, and O/D (2nd not available in this mode)
ECU/TCU diagram is not available via Toyota. What should I be looking for?
