A440 Rebuild transmission (2 Viewers)

Hi im new to owning a land cruiser and am wondering where the best place to buy a torque converter would be. My transmission will not engage gears when put into drive, only has reverse, thinking about trying to do a rebuild on the transmission or throwing in my spare 440 i found, but im going to try the "hat trick" and change some filters and such first any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, Torque converters easily rebuilt with proper equipment. Check your city for a torque converter rebuilder.If they do Fords and Chevys they can do Toyota.In Dallas I get them rebuilt for under 200.
