Looks like a guy who had access to a welder and some tubing, and went a little nuts. With those skills, he should have been able to add a solid axle up front...

I see a front CV axle. Downey makes a long travel kit that uses Taco axles.

I agree, If this was sitting in Las Vegas, NV it would look normal. But it was sitting on Kaui.
