So…. Now that I’ve got the steering rack bushings in and replaced, along with new sway bar end links and end link bushing where would you point next? I feel my truck has more body roll than it should. I feel like i could get it up on two wheels if I really jerked the wheel hard enough. I looked around underneath trying to figure out where to go next and was thinking springs or shocks. Looks like i have some KYB’s under there. So would it be more of a spring issue or shock issue? That is if those are even the culprit. I drive 100 miles a day for work. I don’t plan to off-road. Yet! So some near stock or a little better would be fine I guess. I’m here for advice though so any thoughts I’m open. I added some random pictures from underneath. Once again thanks in advance.

Those body mounts obviously shouldn't be hanging loose like that. I recommend going to poly body mounts. Pretty sure Energy is the better brand.
Those shocks should be relatively firm, so if not, replace.
Probably a good time to do struts as well.
Considering your rust situation updating your coils might be a good idea

These are an suv and have inherent body roll by design

The body mounts are intended to have that gap but only on the two most central mounts. This is how all 3rd gen 4runners center body mounts are from the factory.

I agree with Gnob. My 98 had awful body roll because my shocks were old AF and worn out. Made a big difference. Depending on the mileage you may just want to rebuild that front end over time.

Thanks for confirming that. Seen one and was like wtf? But then I seen the other side. Figured as much.
