Currently my daily driver. Completed may 2015. I have driven it about 4K miles including a long road trip to Montana. I would drive it anywhere

Started with a clean non locked 97 with 232k and modified as listed below

Installed low mile used hd-t and 5 speed. The engine was a Japan import and the trans(h150) is from Australia. All stock parts were used for the 5 speed conversion. New driveshafts. The injection pump and injectors were rebuilt when installed. 3" exhaust running inside the frame all the way back.

Installed locking axles and wiring from a 140k 93

Converted tcase to part time using marks off road spool. 4x engages with the cdl switch. Added locking hubs to front axle

5 80 series stock steel wheels and 285/75/16 bfg at/ko2

4xlabs rear with tire carrier,cooler basket,and ladder

New arb winch bar

Dual filler neck for aux fuel tank (stock aux tank still needs to be installed)

TJM lift installed with ome shocks.

New leather and all cushions replaced on front seats.

Running boards removed and new front mud flaps added.

Configured for dual batteries

Overall it's in nice shape. Interior and exterior are probably 8/10. It drives and rides great. Fuel mileage varies between 18 and 21. On the highway it's more quiet than my girlfriends 2007 Honda Fit.

I'll add more details over the long weekend. 25k obo

I have driven in this truck with Chris and I can say that it is clean, tight, and well built. Absolutely solid truck. Good luck with the sale Chris! Who ever buys this is getting a great truck.

I am interested. Please send more details. Does this have a winch? I am in Texas for the Winter quail season so I would need to put it on a carrier to get it delivered.

Sorry to hi-jack, but man you got me thinking. I have a very similar truck... if someone is really willing to pay 25k USD I would (a) break even on the swap and (b) could buy a decent Duramax truck. And I keep thinking how handy a pick-up would be, since I don't really off road anymore... Anyway I'm curious to see interior photos of your truck, and will be watching to see how your sale goes!

Is this still for sale?
