I have a 94’ fzj80 and have been plagued with this issue for a while. When i start the truck i have an initial good start around 1800~ rpm, immediately after that (within about a minute) my rpm falls to around 400 and lopes between 200-400 rpm. This started soon after I got a new afm. Ohm measurements on it appear good.
so far i have
New plugs/wires
AFM
Pcv and gromet
TPS
Checked IACV
Bypassed egr
New ntk o2 sensors
Decatted
New airfilter
New fusible link
Removed/cleaned throttle body
Checked for vacuum/intake leaks
New ECT sensor
New dizzy cap/rotor
Any help is appreciated, thanks

Cracked intake tube is a possibility most likely on the underside ribs and based upon recent maintenance messing with AFM etc. is a high probability.

Where did the afm come from? Was it pulled from good running truck?

Update: adjusting accelerator cable helped a little, however idle is high and now throwing codes 26(rich mixture) and code 41(throttle position). Also I believe alternator is going out as my dummy lights all cut on periodically. Voltage gauge seems okay.
