I Parked this Vehicle in 2007 @ 115K miles when I purchased an FJC. Recently my FJC got totalled due to no fault of my own. Instead of purchasing another SUV I decided to resurrect my 1992 Pickup. I'm in the process of cleaning out the mothballs and getting her back to her former glory. I have a few questions about parts and Specs...
-I need factory wheel alignment specs since I do my own. I just replaced the idler, pitman, tie rods, and wheels/tires. Found this on the dark web... Caster for this vehicle should be from +1.2degrees to +2.2 degrees and your Camber should be from -.1degree to +1.2degrees. Toe should be Straight up 0 but it could be toed in up to 1/16th of an inch.
-Who would be the best vendor for Toyota factory parts? I've been using www.parts.olathetoyota.com recently. Found a few things I need there... Would love to find more parts but probably gonna need to start surfing junkyards...
-I have added a trail gear front bumper and need to figure out turn signals... I don't care for what trail gear has to offer as far as lights that strap onto the tubing... Has anyone gotten their outer front marker lights to work as turn signals???
Ive started fitting my fibreglass front fenders from Toyota Fibreglass. I'm considering cutting the front triangular brace for the orig bumper and valance. Im just worried about weakening that attachment point.
