91 runner electronic speedo

Hello I need a wiring diagram for a 1991 4cyl speedometer wiring that connects to the transfer case. The wiring got ripped off from the plug and need to know where the 3 wires go on the plug.

Are you sure it's the speedometer wires? Because Toyota didn't switch to an electric speedo till 92 I thought... Is this an auto perhaps? You might be talking about the neutral start switch, which has 3 wires...

x2. check to make sure you don't have a drive by cable speedo.

My '91 Pickup and '91 diesel Surf both had cable speedos. One with a G series transmission, one with the R series.

The other thing to check is the 4WD switch. I don't remember offhand if it's 2 or 3 wires, but it is just a switch that turns on the "4WD" light on the dash...
