Haven't measured, but have a pair for sale. Affordable too.

Not positive but they are pretty small. Maybe 4.25" round?

Well the cutouts actually werent factory. The previous owner did a really great job on cutting them out...even painted some speaker grills the same brown as the interior. They ended up being 5.25.
