'85 4-runner pulls in 4WD??!?

The Toyota front springs are built with a negative arch in them. That gives a softer ride.

Really?!?? How much negative arch are we talking about here? Because these seem awful to me. It is the first '85 4-runner I've worked on though. Anyone have a measurement from the fender to wheel center I could compare with?

PS-those American Racing wheels could be yours for the low low price of taking them! ;)

Hi Dan,

This is my truck just after I finished installing a NWOR 3 1/2" lift. The truck already had a 1 1/2" body lift when I bought it. So, that should put it at about 5" over stock. Yes, I know that it looks like a lot more than that. But, the lift settled about 2" from what you see in this photo.
