My truck has been running hot, not ever over heating (close if I do 65) but running hot in 110 degree heat with the ac on, on flat road. this should not happen. It just passed smog, I have a new 83 turbo radiator new tstat(180), new oem h2o pump. the fan could be the culprit? also how hot does the ac rad get. it blows nice and cold. but when the ac is on that rad is pretty hot. It use to handle this condition. any thoughts?

First your truck shouldn't be almost over heating at 65. I've hit 9-0 in my 89 and the temp gauge never moved and that was going up a 10 mile long hill, 2nd does your ac pump leak?

If the compressor for the AC leaked it wouldn't be blowing cold. The AC condenser you're talking about does it quite warm during high use on hot days being that is has the same job as your coolant radiator. Hot comes in cold goes out. Check your fan clutch but normally you would hear it howl if it was seizing.
