Just went through the entire thread. Your build looks awesome. I hope mine turns out half as nice as yours did. I had a question about the Raptor liner. It looks like you sprayed the liner on the interior of the floor and wanted to know how well that has held up over time. Did you also spray the exterior of the floor? I was planning on spraying Lizard Skin - Sound Control followed by the Raptor liner but hadn't thought about using it on the interior.

I sprayed the raptor only on the inside, and so far, it's holding up well. For sound control, you would need to put it on pretty thick. The only place on the outside that I sprayed was the wheel wells. I've heard a few rocks hit hard and no chipping. I'm happy with it.

It was a fun build, and it's not over yet! getting new springs today! Do you have a thread on your truck yet?

Just got some goodies in the mail:

Ordered these a while back, and they finally came through. Had to source some 24 bulbs so it will be another few weeks before they light up!

Classic look. They're going to look nice on your rig. Once I get my 40 back up and running, I would love to take some day time pictures of both our rigs together.

Some day... Maybe we could get a bunch of ontario 40's together for a photo! (As well as literally together, like, finish assembling!)

What do you do when you get new stuff for your cruiser? Sand it of course! 600 grit to buff it out.... You can see my irst mold for the vent covers in the background. That is what a vent cover looks like when it come out of the mold.

Splice in some power... @Coolerman wiring harness was great! one shot and you're done.

Install (Please excuse the rust.... seems like clear coat wasn't enough...) By the way, it takes an M10 x 50 mm carriage bolt to secure the bracket. Could use a 45mm as well. Found some in stainless at Ottawa fastener supply, a local bolt shop.

And Enjoy!

Just waiting on the LED bulbs...... So I stole power from the lighter since it has 15 amps, and is switched by the ignition. plus I have little use for the lighter other than the occasional gps or iphone charger.

Looks good Andy.

Had transmission issues with mine (would loose reverse when at full operating temp) and had to pull it all out to bring it to the shop for repairs. They found a few issues and its almost all back in. Testing tonight, keep your fingers crossed.

Ambrew,

Any chance you could post some more pics of your bullbar?

I have a highmount that I will be mounting in the next few weeks.
