does anyone know of or have a video of someone replacing the front pinion bearing and adjusting the load on it ... it's my first time and I'm really not trying to mess it up please HELP !!!

I read through a bunch of Zuk's installs on his website before tackling my regear. Felt pretty comfortable after that because he is so thorough in them.

There is a spec for it, 12-15 in/lbs rotational torque with new bearings. You'll need a beam type in/lb torque wrench. Essentially, you need to tighten the pinion nut, thus compressing the crush sleeve, a little bit at a time until the spec is reached. BTW this has to be done with the ring gear/carrier removed from the diff housing and too much is better than too little so if you go a bit past spec, don't loosen it up to get in spec.
