Posted a while ago looking for a performance shop in Tennessee to add a piggyback ECU and tune my Wit’s End turbo but struck out so far. Now open to the idea of shipping it somewhere to get it done. Can you guys hook me up with some good experienced shops to call?

Thanks!

We have a tiny bit of experience turbo’d 1FZ’s and make a plug and play unit for the 93-97’s

Recently made 364 whp and 481 ftlbs in a clients truck on our turbo set up. Would not be hard to take a wits end truck there. @Fosters recently fit one of our intercoolers to his WE setup and it worked pretty well for him

Shoot me an email (info@cruisersandcompany.com) and we can schedule a time to chat if you’d like

Okay, cool! I was aware of your turbo kit but since I already had the WE one I never bothered looking at your stuff. Didn’t know of all the other turbo related stuff you have.

The wits end kit offers some serious performance if you are willing to go with a FMIC, haltech ecu, coil pack conversion, bigger injectors and fuel pump…450-500 hp at 15psi kinda power

I like the sound of that! I’d be more than happy with 350 or so really, a little more oomph along with wider safety/monitoring/adaptable parameters. Just need to find someone to do the work.

Also an early WE kit owner. Strongly considering the same path, curious what you end up doing/what you find.
I’m debating going haltech and self tuning, importing an FMIC /coil conversion from AUS a cruiser, cruiser & co setup, etc.
All is still in daydream phase before I can justify dumping another $5k into this after my full rebuild :worms:

Had a long and excellent talk with @Cruisers and Co and I’m pretty much sold on shipping it to them in Colorado and having them do the work. They very clearly have all the ability and experience to get it done right. Plus, being that they are a comprehensive shop, I love the plan of having them perfect the turbo and then giving the whole truck a big lookover.

It’s been a highly enjoyable, decade-long project at this point and I’ve loved adding things, fixing things and and tweaking it but I’m ready to have it finalized and it sounds like they can make that happen.
