-Safari Snorkel
-MAYR Intercooler
-Long Range Tank (Total about 270 litres) with Dual Filler

-Innovation Campers Roof
- 2" OME + Koni Heavy Track Raid
- 287/75/16 BF Goodrich MT and Cooper Discoverer ATR
-GFK Tailgate in one piece

Hello everyone!! Proud new owner here!
I think I actually saved this rig from turning into a hunk of metal, the previous owners were definitely not maintaining this vehicle properly, if at all.

1- 1992 FJ80
2- Mario Partida
3- Name of rig is still undecided.
4- Konig Countersteer Offroads (haven't installed them yet, looking for tires)
Stainless Steel Brake Lines (installed the next day I purchased the rig)
DBA Gold Slotted/Drilled Rotors w/ 4WD Pads (picking up the parts in a few days)
...many more mods to come, I've only had my rig for one week.

1997 FZJ80 181000 miles, new to me in March 2010.
Bought as fixer upper with engine miss, brake probs, CDL not working, decent body and interior.
Now has 285/75 Yokohama's
Brakes fixed, Master cylinder, one caliper
Engine miss, still under investigation. plugs wires, cap, rotor, #6 injector, tb gasket, plenum gaskets, done
FJammer 6 disc head unit installed
CDL now working - tires fixed it.
All fluids replaced, all brake pads replaced,
BLACK with chrome factory wheels
Learning the BEAST and loving it.
Called the Land Pig.

My 80. Just got it.

Just picked up my 80 on Friday. Found this one just minutes from where I work. Turned out to be everything I was looking for. Paid $8500. Paint and interior look immaculate, factory lockers as well. Took a magic eraser to the leather this weekend and removed various scuff marks Hardly looks like it's been sat in. I've got some nice plans in mind for this bad boy so future pics will come as progress continues. I've been following this forum for about 6 months now and do feel that the price I paid was dead on and a GREAT deal.

Are you using a GU differential in a stock 80 series front axle housing?

Yes/no - The GU pumpkin/centre was welded in place of the 80 pumpkin, with the 80 axle housing alot stronger and we can use 4.88 ratios, (nissan front, toyota rears), with the 38 swampers works really well. the longfields are still standard 80 axles.

Nissan centre has modified spider gears to suit.

Alot of the comp 4wds in Aus are putting nissan centres in for strength, Is it not done in the US???

i just bought this 93 cruiser, she has a 6 inch iron man lift with 1 inch man a fre spacers up front, 37 inch swamper ssrs, e lockers front and rear, 230k on the od and runs like a chmp bought her as she sits for 5500 bucks
