It’s a Coastal Off-road bumper with a 4xinnovations swing out.
Has place to mount accessories
Super solid and strong bumper.
Coated with Steel-it
The bumper alone without the swing out and unwelded together is $1100.

That is a great price for a rear bumper. Not as familiar with Coastal Off-road… but appears to be quality for a DIY kit bumper.
