All 3 rows of seats and door panels with all hardware from a 1996 FZJ80. This is blue/gray cloth. The cloth option in the 80s did not get power adjustments. The seats and fabric are in great shape, no stains I've noticed. There's one 1/8" puncture in the PS rear door vinyl next to the window. You can replace your trashed leather with cloth that's very comfortable (and no sweaty back in the summers or sliding across the seats on the trail). The door panels match the seats with same color fabric inserts and cloth arm rests.

SOLD.

I'll add to Cory's post. These are much more comfortable than the leather seats for tall people. And they wear a lot better. Mine looks like new and has 220k on them.

Look at the seat back design. It is really concave compared the leather seat design. They might actually go back a little further too because the electric motor doesn't allow the electric seats to go all the way back.
