I'll be buying the 1" kit in a couple of weeks to get rid of the rubbing from the 38's (I prefer to keep the amount of travel in my suspension). Thanks for making such a cool product.

I installed my kit a little over a month ago. I am seeing lots of rust on the tips of the new body bolts. This appears to be more than just surface rust. I examined a friend's LC with the Roger Brown kit that's been installed for a few years and his bolts are completely clean.

We use Grade 8 bolts for the body lift kit, it doesn't get any better. You do live in the rust belt, so rust can and should be expected.

From what I've read in this thread if I ordered the one inch body lift I would not need to do anything to the radiator? Please advise... I'm very interested in the 1" set up...Are these currently available? Thanks!!

Is there a certain benifit using Polyurethane over all Alloy blocks? Or could you even use Bright Mild or Stainless Steel ones?
