Thanks. I am running an 80 rear axle and the same tire size, just planning on swapping to the 80 rims from Tacoma rims.
By the way, you want a more stock look the Tacoma/4Runner rims have an inch less backspacing and will sit the tires about even with the side of the truck.

Version 3.0 is a winner! Angled the axle spring perches 3 degrees in 6 degrees forward and moved them in 1/2 inch!

This is awesome... got the stuff to add radius arms and coils to the fj55 front axle, but seeing this makes me want to coil the 62 all the way around. Great work and thanks for the write up... HMU for some beer money and shipping info whenever you get those spring hangers dropped. Keep it up!

I also have a pair of rear spring hangers that got removed carefully with a torch if you are interested.

Lower control arm brackets modified and welded in, axle installed! Track bar bracket and sway bars next week and we should be there!

I needed a way to support the back side of the spring buckets, limited on choices, I used 1/4 inch x 2 inch stock and bent it around the buckets and furl cell! Not the most cosmetically pleasing, but very effective and strong!

Spent a bit of time thinking about how to create a track bar bracket that would be strong and still allow the tank to be removed, after many cardboard cutouts I finally decided on this design! Tomorrow I will duplicate it and weld it to the frame.

My rear spring bucket brace has grown on me, now that it’s painted and blends in, actually looks pretty good!

Super happy with the track bar bracket! On to axle rebuild with 4:88 gears to match the front!

So I’ve just realized the 80 series e-brake cable got forgotten on the doner 80 that got scrapped, if anyone has any leads on a used one, that would be awesome!

Well just in time I acquired another parts cruiser!!! Currently have 4 cruisers on lifts at once at the shop! The new parts cruiser is a 93, and I’ll actu use that rear sway bar setup as well!

End product is incredible! This 60 drives like a dream!!!! I honestly think the rear was easier than the front, reason being less s*** in the way to work around, less oil on the frame, and no steering to deal with!
