Which one? The first is only 15” tall.
The tall skinny one. I don't have 7 inches free between the seats and kitchen, even at the lowest point.

Too tall because of the barrier?

No, the 8020 is too close to the seat back at the top. If it wasn't, then the barrier would get in the way too.

Absolutely love this set up. Where did you find the burner/sink combo? Been looking for a left hand sink and can’t find it other than on eBay across the pond and they won’t ship to us.
Thanks! I got the Dometic from Ebay. They appear to have gone waaay up in price lately though. You may just need to find the right seller, they shipped to me here in Canada (and that's just as far away as you!)

How well does the water come out for say, the last 9/10ths of the bag? That's what I was wondering. The pump will pull water out, but would air start getting in there if the outlet wasn't always at the lowest possible point?

shouldnt be too big of a deal as long as there isnt any air in the bag after its filled. it would be no different than drinking from a camel-bac bladder, i dont have any issue puling all of the water in the bladder. it may put a bit of a strain on the pump trying to pull that last little bit out

Anyway you can find out who the seller for the dometic was on eBay? I’m having a hell of a time finding one that will ship international.

Finally put on some nice metal handles! Found at the hardware store for $3 each. They are very solid and work perfectly, sticking out exactly the same distance as the yellow unlock tabs of the slides.

I added a 1/8 aluminum cross-brace along the back which completely removed any lateral movement (it was shifting about 4mm, causing a "ticking" noise).

And I customized and added a stainless steel paper towel holder from Cad tire. When the roll is taken off, it slides perfectly in with the drawer alongside the slide.

Forgot to ask , what is the approx. build cost for this set up?

A few small updates to the kitchen!

I added some carpet to the top. Turns out a $10 floor matt from Costco cut into two pieces fits perfectly! I didn't think I'd like it at first, but it's actually quite nice and I'm glad I did it.

I added a quick-disconnect drain hose (to get the draining dish water away from my feet)

Brock from Baja North built modified my swing-out to hold a 10lb propane tank, (more details on that in the "Dentist" build thread) and I added a quick-disconnect gas hose to the kitchen...

I'd also been eyeballing 270 degree awnings. Researched them all last year while I was building the kitchen. Most of them are either A) self supporting, but don't come out far enough to cover my nested 2x pull out, or, B) long enough out the back but NOT self supporting. (like the Batwing)

After all the research, I landed on the OVS awning. Baja North once again came through for me with an aggressive price on it. The fitment turned out to be PERFECT. I was concerned with the fitment with the iKamper, and the ability to cover the kitchen in the back. I also didn't want it to stick way out the front like a javelin. This awning fit all the checkboxes for me!

@RockShoes and I tinkering at his house on a lazy Friday... hooking up the quick-disconnect gas connection on the stove pullout.

My wife is happy with my work also. Now she can make pulled pork grill cheese sandwiches anywhere! Including in an old mine. LOL
