How is the clearance with the Long Ranger? Is it much worse than not having a spare w/ factory bumper?

Can anyone tell me the size of the stud on the back of the tire carrier and the thread pitch for mounting the Hi-Lift Jack? I am wondering if their lock will fit that bolt.
