It's not a US truck, and not a Canadian truck, maybe Central or South America?
It could be a Canadian truck with a US cluster swapped in.

I'm pretty sure I looked at that one. The box liner gives it away. It was in in the Vancouver area. The frame was pretty bad but maybe they did a decent job of fixing it. The body though ..... Bondo buggy !!!!!! it was starting to pop in quite a few places.
