I recall hunting the black receivers was a challenge...

Reviving an old thread here. I just picked up an 89 FJ75 LHD out of the Middle East. There are no seat belts to be found in it. It looks to me like these will all work for me. I have checked Partsouq and Amayama, and the only color I can find available it Oak through Amayama. Has anyone had any luck getting the black belts yet? Thanks! For future reference in this thread...
These part numbers are for LHD. And the left receiver is the one with the harness connection for the seatbelt light.
Black Belts are as follows:
Left seatbelt 73220-60523-C0
Right seatbelt 73210-60663-C0
Inner left receiver 73240-60281-C0 (this is the one with seatbelt sensor)
Inner right receiver 73230-60242-C0 (this is the non-seatbelt sensor receiver)
Gray Belts are as follows (Latest model gray):
Left seatbelt 73210-60662-B1
Right seatbelt 73220-60522-B1
Inner left receiver 73240-60242-B2
Inner right receiver 73230-60331-B1
Oak Belts are as follows:
Left seatbelt 73210-60630-E0
Right seatbelt 73210-60630-E0
Inner left receiver 73240-60241-E2
Inner right receiver 73230-60231-E2
I believe the Oaks are not the latest generation, but I could be wrong. They are available. Note these are not LH/RH differentiated in terms of seat belt. The latest models are I believe.
I was able to order the black belts from my stateside Toyota dealer… it was a bit of an ordeal. You need to find a parts guy who knows how to an “offline order” and they’ll need a copy of your HS-7 import documents.Reviving an old thread here. Thank you. I'll try that tomorrow. I didn't import the truck so I don't have the HS-7. Are they not allowed to sell non-US seat belts in the US without it?I was able to order the black belts from my stateside Toyota dealer… it was a bit of an ordeal. Sounds like you may not need the HS-7 for the seatbelts... but I'd contact your seller and insist on a copy of the HS-7. It's a document that goes with the truck ideally.Thank you. I was able to get Black seat belt assemblies from a US dealer (Passport Toyota) 73220-60492-C0 and 73210-60602-C0 with no HS-7, they were about $127 ea with free shipping. These were listed here:

What did you do on your 70 series today?
Got tired of trying to get the e-pump on my 2lte to work the way I wanted and switched to a 3l mechanical pump and 1kzt Injectors. Wow what a difference. Everything about the way it runs is better. Starts better, cold idles better, runs smoother and quieter and has lot more diesel like bottom...forum.ih8mud.com
You don't happen to have photos of those black belt assemblies do you? I'm curious how they compare the numbers I'd previously collected. It'd be a good reference for this thread to have photos of the latest/greatest that are available.
Very good news on not needing an HS-7.
Good idea - my seller doesn't have it but the original importer is on mud so i will try him.Sounds like you may not need the HS-7 for the seatbelts... but I'd contact your seller and insist on a copy of the HS-7. It's a document that goes with the truck ideally.

The receivers were more difficult. With a bit of hassle from a couple of stateside dealers I was able to get some receivers (PN 73230-60184-C0). These are ambidextrous and have no seat belt warning light wiring. They ended up being about 6" longer than what I originally had in place. The overall length is about 16" and look like what is in some 60 series. But, I have seen these long ones in photos of some 70 series. They were too long for my taste, but I was able to get 2 of the Black LH side receivers (73240-60281-C0) mentioned in page 1 of this thread from Dave Stedman (Japan 4x4). The RH side receivers were not available to him, but using 2 LH side seems like it will work out fine for me. My troopy does not have a seat belt warning light so the connector is superfluous and will be removed.
I will have a set of used, low milage, grey seat belt assemblies for the front seats available soon if you are interested in those. The drivers side sometimes needs some help retracting, but they work and are in good condition. Also, if I knew how difficult it would be to get all of the components, I probably would have just sent my seat belts to safety restore to have them refurbished. They are a great resource:

Photos of the LH "short" 73240-60281-C0 from Japan 4x4, and the "long" PN 73230-60184-C0 from a domestic Toyota dealer. Both work with the belt assembly PNs mentioned above.

And a photo of my old receiver (in the middle) with the 2 new ones.

I have found that when ordering "available" parts and then denied from one domestic dealer sometimes another will come through. I have had good luck at different times with McGeorge, Passport, Checkered Flag and Tom Woods. It's frustrating and time consuming but has proven successful when not having an HS-7.
Shoot me a PM if you want clarification or photos of what I ordered, or if you are interested in my old ones.
I just checked with McGeorge and they tell me that the main part of the black belts are discontinued by Toyota and cannot be ordered:
Left seatbelt 73220-60523-C0
Right seatbelt 73210-60663-C0
Looks like the black receivers are still available, but that doesn't do me much good without the main parts.
EDIT - just noticed that @svsisu called out different part numbers. I'm going to try to run those down.
I'm sure an HS-7 would be helpful and I wish I had a copy of the one for my vehicle.
Hopefully these photos will work:

The thread size is a super unique seatbelt thread. This is to make sure people don't use low quality bolts from Home Depot.Hi,
Does anyone know if there's a separate Toyota P/N for the seatbelt mounting bolt shown on the picture below?
