They are 15” aluminum. I think like first gen 4-runner wheels. No plans as of yet, they are stacked in the garage.

Gotcha, I saw a set of 16" on a 7x that @beno was working on a couple years ago and while I am not really hunting, if a set happened to come along, I was going to put them on my 92, kinda keep the OE look, but to clear the bigger late model discs.

The rig is looking sharp btw.

Rims I had Matt were the 16x8 80 series non-US steelies

Sweet rims. Pricey.

Those were on the raisin, correct? The ones I am recalling are 16x7 I think, aluminum, look just like the 15" that Heather just replaced and also came on 91-92 80 series and similar vintage sr5 package 4runners and trucks, just 16". Believe they are also non-us market if I recall our conversation. They were on a red 7x that you were rebuilding the knuckles on and we put a rear swingout bumper on while we were down visiting.

91-92 80 series had 15" wheels that they shared with the 4Runner

Hey @beno, what are our options for windscreens? I’ll try to fix this bastard, but if it decides to run I figure I’ll do the research now.

New OEM available for less than $400 or so. But you would need to get locally.

Let me know when I’ll get you the Part number.

You will need a few more gaskets as well: windshield, lower windshield frame weatherstrip to the body, and a couple of smaller corner weatherstrips.

Easily available. :)

Also a good time to inspect windshield frame for rust and mitigate at the same time.

@SteveJackson had OEM windshield frames IIRC.

@joekatana has aftermarket fiberglass IIRC.

:) you’ve got choices dear.

Who-flung-dung EBay special but it’s one piece and seems pretty good quality. Throw the crappy template away before you start though. Oh, totally poser at this point until I get a chance to modify the air filter box but I’m happy so far.

Wasn't one of the super cheap ones. I wanted one piece and I really didn't like the ones that hat the exposed mounting tabs. Like $150 I think.
