Save the pig!

If you haven't already, post this in the general classifieds, you may get hits there as well. Its a shame to see something like this go to a boneyard. I'd buy it if my wife wouldn't make me live in it.

prOject42 is right, post it in general for sale classifieds here on 'Mud Looks like you have an HEI ignition, Weber carb, new(er) clutch master cylinder, Con-Ferr roof rack, good sheetmetal, and geez, a running '69 pig deserves better treatment. Goodness, eBay it if you must, but don't kill it! :frown:

just to put everyone at ease I am going to park it at a friends house for a while so she will be fine, coundn't bring myself to scrap her either to faithful.

even has the cowl to hood seals

X 3 with Pablo and Ige..........heck this 69 even has the hood to cowl seals..........she is begging for a good home;

Lou

i'll say it again, now is not the time to get hurt if your rig doesn't sell. we are in a crap economy and nobody is buying anything. don't kill a pig for that.

Is that a 38mm Weber?

Someone snag that truck and cure the little cancer it has...

Take more PICS...show areas that are amazingly rustfree on this... and post to MUD general Classifieds, SF BAY Craigslist, and Ebay...it's guaranteed to sell.

was this at oxnard shores? is it still in the county? :cheers:

Still Have her would like to see her go to a good home

Just got my internet connection back sorry havent been back in a while let me know if any of you are still interested.

Please send me some pics and what your bottom cash $$ is....Thanks and long live the pig!!! :D

See, sometimes it just takes a little time for the word to get out. It is a ##### economy, and I am having a hard time just being able to get a couple of small bits here and there (because I'm justa bout BROKE!). I liked the idea about storing it, that is always an option w/55s and loyal mudders- kinda like disney putting classic movies in a vault! Don't give up on that pig yet. It's a CAL cruiser,no? We know nothing of the rust that the other coasters get. And even if you don't keep it yourself, that pig will bring someone some joy-as long as it stays together. If you can afford to just store it at a buds house, do it. It's only a matter of time. Post a for sale w/ as many specs about the rig as you can. Early pig is good, did I see a 2F in that thing, hows the tailgate work....

hello thanks for advice but if all goes well I sold it on ebay a day ago for 3200.00 200 more than what I was asking. It has an original f1 and window works beautifully thanks again brother.
