It is very simple,... you just need make a decision for price and if you want to sale it or not. Market will always change and you will always loss... may be in 2050 this rig will cost 20K.. you just need to wait a little.

Buyer also need some protection. How some one can make dial with you? There is no warranty you will no change your mind again.
Just for example: If you accept best offer from someone, do you will hold it until rig will pick up or you will cancel it if some one give you a better offer? What worries me the most.
