My apologies on the delay Mark. The carburetor on my 40 develop catastrophic problems and I was waiting to mail the manifolds until I decided whether to send the carb along with to be rebuilt. But I learned from reading site that you're not a fan on the 3/69 - 9/69 Asian so I trust it's not worth keeping it. Been told trollhole offers a good carburetor so I went that route. Manifolds will be in the mail Saturday
 
I could use the sight glass and retainer from that carb to repair a '68 1bbl I have here.

I can throw that in the box for you, I also have a '74 Asian sitting on my bench that I picked up to see of the float and needle valve were interchangeable with the '69. If you could use it, the sooner it disappears the sooner I will stop hearing about wasted money spent on fixing the carb from the wife.
 
I'm gonna owe you more than a horn relay. I'll take it tho.
 
Yeah but not sure what else I really need right now but I'm sure I'll need something sooner or later and what goes around comes around. That's probably the best part of owning a 40 is the fact that 99% of fellow owners are liked minded souls.

No worries here. You just have to imagine the number of things I am trying to keep track of at any given moment. Unfinished/unresolved business just adds to the swirl in my head.
