Is 62 power steering box better than a 60 power steering box?

basically the same box, the earlier 60 box uses a different bolt pattern than the later 60 box. the later 60 box and the 62 box use the same bolt pattern.
I though the change was model year 85, but that could be off a few months either way.

I posted pics in the 60 tech forum of the boxes side by side.
