Hello...my first post here. I've had this '87 since '89 and just replace the stock suspension with an OME 2". Any advice on how to unchopper it? the rear seems 2" taller than the front.

If it's heavy duty it's meant to be bearing the weight of a heavy duty bumper and spare and spare fuel cans. If you look at mine two posts up, mine has the heavy duty front and back for bearing the weight of a heavy duty bumpers and winch front and rear.

Maybe yours appears chopper-like because it has smaller tires and because it's closer to the horizontal line of the ground and it "enhances" the slanted look.
Maybe? My pinstripe is about three inches lower in the front (right before it goes around the wheel well) than it is to the back above the tire.

Dat shur is a purdy red car dehr.
I kinda like it that way. It gives it that extra lift in the rear for when you either load it up with gear, or if you ever tow some kind of weight.

Hello from Russia ! I bought a HJ60 last year and it`s really great car. Since that time I have joined the biggest forum devoted to all Cruisers land-cruiser.ru . And there were plenty issues and information from this site. So, I decided to join you, as an owner of Toyota 4x4. I`ve already watched lots of topics and have to say, that you guys and your car are awesome. Some words about my LandCruiser
1. HJ60LG-MW `84 2H, manual gearbox, w/o difflocks, tires 265/70r15 Michelin Latitide Cross, foglights Hella Comet 550;
2. Ilya;
3. Yamato;
4. ~206 000 ml (330 000 km);
5. Modificated headlamps by previous owner, but it`s sucks. So, in nearest future i`m going to make a stock;
6. Everyday car, driving in the forest, mountains. Also, reight transportation in routine;
