60 Series 2H wiring

Hi,

I'm in the process of a full shell swap, everything is fitted, but trying to find out where this eyelet near the bell housing goes. Sorry, I didn't pull it out, so I don't know where it went.

Looks like it should be connected to the glowsystem on top of the engine.Is it superglow?

Looks like an earth strap, where does the other end go? I can look at mine tomorrow

Here is a picture of my 2H.You can see the glow connection wiring in the middle of the picture.Looks exactly like one of your loose wires.

My HJ did not glow and it was this plug next to the glowrail (busbar) that needed some wd40 spray and push the cables inwards.

If you stil have to start first time I think a direct 24 volt light connected to the bush bar at least tells you what is going on as the filter light is doing nothing at all:
