I asked for a personal call to discuss the shipping issues a number of times and never got one. When a shipment is redirected a number of times like it has been one gets nervous, and just asking for a call to discuss.
I purchased additional packing material and fixed the box so your steering wheel had no additional damage on way back to you.
Just a phone call was all I asked after the second redirected delivery and abandonment issues with the shipping to make sure we were still all good.
Wheel leaves Houston on the 12th and as of the 26th is still not at your place, UPS ground. Yes I get concerned.

There have been shipping issues (address delivery/delivered/package abandoned) I was trying to figure out what was happening and trying to talk in person verse PM’s. Just thought that was easier.

I checked with UPS this morning and the package is scheduled to be delivered 2-1-18 by the end of the day.
My refund showed today. Just a quick update.

New roll pins are like 37 cents a piece at any hardware store. Takes 60 seconds to replace. That's a lot of headache to send something back for such a small issue.
