It is what I want. Soft top with JS in the rear with three seats up front. Wife and dog can ride in the back.

Leak would go away most likely with tightening up oil pan bolts. The cork shrinks. If not, who cares.

It's got a floor shifter that is not original but to me
Makes the 3 speed much much better.

Sounds great for 10k. A soft top setup is upwards ofb$2500 lift cost $1000
