This is a reproduction of the wiper motors wire cover found on early FJ40 Landcruisers. Internal dimensions are accurate. Its a bit beefed up for wear and tear. TEQ logo added for fun. TPU, or flexible resin should work just fine. Or use to make a silicone mold. From 3D40

Found 1mm rubberized gasket paper on a glow forge at 300 power cut with minimal smoking and no edge-burning.

Let me know if you need a different file type. I have .dxf and .stp uploaded. From what I can tell these gaskets are NLA.

If there is enough interest I would consider doing a limited run of these on my University's laser cutter with rubberized gasket paper and shipping them out for beer money.

I'm also curious how folks feel about the edge width. It's 7mm which is correct by my measurements, but I've seen some examples online of gaskets that peek out from the edge of the gearcase cover, so I would consider bumping it to 8mm and reuploading. Managed to not get a picture of the gasket itself *facepalm* Will take one when I am home
